Brushcutters
Perfect for finishing grass in corners and edges, clearing verges and keeping lawn borders sharp. Available in petrol and battery versions for home and professional use, with heads and blades for every type of vegetation.

A brushcutter handles everything a mower cannot reach: finishing edges and corners, clearing verges and banks, cutting a way through tall grass and keeping vegetation down around fences, trees and buildings. The head changes its character completely: nylon line is ideal for soft grass and finishing along walls, a three-tooth blade suits dense rough grass, and a saw blade copes with brambles and thin woody growth. There are also multi-tool models where the same power unit takes hedge trimmer or pole pruner attachments.
How to choose
- Match power and engine size to the area and the toughness of the growth: keeping a garden tidy is not the same job as clearing a plot each spring.
- Petrol for long sessions and hard vegetation; battery for short maintenance rounds, residential areas and early mornings.
- Look at the ergonomics: a straight shaft with rigid drive if you intend to use a blade, a double harness and effective anti-vibration.
- Consider the attachments: quick-load heads, spare blades and line of the right thickness.
At Tecomac we stock ECHO and Husqvarna brushcutters for home and professional use, and we help you match machine and head to the work you actually do. We carry line, blades, harnesses and spares, with our own workshop in Palafrugell.
